Q: How soon can I expect to get my order?
A: AwarenessMagnets.com views all orders, with the same importance, no matter what quanity and we make every effort to get all orders out within 24 business hours, in many cases sooner. We do however reserve to right to choose the shipping method which is more cost efficient. Free shipping on orders over $20.00. All orders under $20.00 will have a $1.50 shipping charge unless the customer requests priority or expedited shipping which is an added charge based upon weight and level of expediting. Priority Mail is an additional $6.00 per order.

Q: How should I clean and care for the magnets?
A: Clean surface to be applied to and magnet with mild detergent before applying to clean area of dirt and dust. On vehicles- remove and clean magnet and surface daily. Do not use on horizontal surfaces exposed to direct sunlight (such as automobile hoods). Do not use in temperatures exceeding 150 degrees. Remove magnet by lifting entire magnet from the surface. Do not pull or drag the magnet across the surface, as it could scratch the finish of your paint. Magnets should be removed before entering any car wash, as magnets can become disloged from the surface of the vehicle. AwarenessMagnets.com will not be held responsible for any damages caused by the magnets. If the proper care instructions are followed no damage should incur.

Q: Are your magnets environmentally friendly/non-toxic?
A: The manufacturer of the magnetic materials used has assured us that they regularly test their magnetic materials against the trusted standards on toy safety. These standards set maximum levels of soluble hazardous materials including arsenic, mercury, selenium, antimony, lead, cadmium, barium, and chronium. All of the materials used in the construction of these magnets has passed all of the aforementioned toxicity tests.

Q: Are custom magnets available with my logo and colors?
A: Yes! You need to email for quotes and information. Prices could vary depending on the number of colors used and magnet size. Price examples: 250 magnets at $2.40 a piece, 500 at $1.50 a piece, and 1000 at $1.20 a piece. The above prices are an example of a 3 color 8" magnet with some graphical designs. Plain magnets would cost a little less. Add 20 cents for each additional color. Other magnet designs are also alvailable: oval, rectangle. football shaped, circle, triangle banner, cheerleader megaphone, and paw prints. |
